Inner Engineering: A Yogi's Guide to Joy

I can't believe I thought of giving this book a chance. Read 1/3rd of it, can't read any more.
Besides the on-your-nose advertisement of the book for the western audience by using words such as "science" nth times, it is an annoying little book on the metaphysical that you expect from a yoga book - not different than any other that won't be branding itself for the western customers.
Had no relation with science whatsoever, in fact, goes completely opposite to what science says sometimes, and have no citations at all for what he is saying.
BS.
