Not the most obvious Christian allegory but clearly does refer to how we can deceive ourselves if we don't follow the set path ('the signs' given by Aslan) and how unbelievers can influence and confuse the mind (the enchantment of Rilian and the witch's influence in general). Personally, I think the Narnian Chronicles should have ended with The Voyage of the Dawn Treader.
