Loved it. Josey is my favorite kind of heroine. She's funny and awkward, very likeable and relatable. Will was sweet and his strong morals were sexy.
Not a unique storyline - roommates turn into friends with benefits who end up wanting more - but the characters were charming enough to pull me in and keep turning the page. Well done. ...more

Loved this book. My heart broke for Flint and his pain and to be honest I wasn't sure if I'd forgive him myself. But I did. Harrison was adorable. I think Ann captured what autism looks like wonderfully. Ellen was fantastic. She was so witty and upbeat. The perfect pairing for Flint's grouchy, standoffish personality. I especially liked the ending. Very emotional. Bravo....more

Action, laughs, prophecies, power, friendship, romance, ridiculousness - all wrapped up to end one helluva series. There's not one thing I would wish different. Bravo. Loved it....more

Shen is a master at creating the asshole hero and, in my opinion, Alex is her assholiest yet. If you can believe it. And I loved it. Alex is a rock star fresh out of rehab and trying to make a comeback after a failure of a last album, a bad breakup, and a slew of embarrassing situations. Indigo (Indie) has been hired as his "babysitter" making sure Alex doesn't drink or get his hands on any drugs. She's there purely for the money for a good cause but it's enough to put up with Alex's bad behavior.
Attraction and feelings get in the way, obviously. But what was surprising was near the end. I didn't see that coming. It added to the drama in a good way. There was something about this book that I can't quite put my finger on that kept me from giving it a full five stars but I still highly recommend and I'm happy the hype was well deserved. Good job. ...more

But I should have F/F isn't my thing but I was excited for another Hard Rock Harlots book featuring Jillian, Killer Buzz Float's high strung manager. But I should have realized F/F would be the tamest part of this book. LOL. I just love Letty's hijinks.
The timeline of this book parallels the entire series with most of its emphasis on Rock. I thought it was clever how Grey added in a story for Jillian. I felt bad for her for lousy introduction to the BDSM lifestyle but at the same time I admired that she knew she deserved better.
There is no HEA in the traditional sense but that doesn't mean you'll be left unsatisfied. Grey definitely leaves us with potential for more. As always we get humor, heart, and plenty of sticky situations. Pun intended. Well done. ...more

I've got so much love for Sam, Morgan, and Tiggy. I want to hug them.
Sam is on another quest. He has to gather the dragons. We really got to see the strength of Sam's magic in this book and it was glorious. Very satisfying. Very ominous things to come in the next books but I have no doubt Sam and his friends will triumph. Can't wait for more. Well done. ...more

I don't know why I previously dismissed this book as something that wouldn't be my cup of tea. It clearly is. The writing and the characters and dialogue were all brilliant. But underneath the humor was a slow burn romance with incredible sexual tension. That's my favorite.
This book is a dream if, like me, you're in need of an original plot. It's incomparable. All I can say is if you're thinking it might be TOO fantastical, you should give it a chance. You might surprise yourself. Best book of the year so far. Bravo! ...more

This was such a fun read. Archer and Jodi are explosive together, literally and figuratively. Lol. But that's no surprise. Fantôme excels at creating chemistry between her main characters. Their banter is hilarious.
I also experienced some nostalgia for Best Laid Plans because the action sequences were on point. I was glued to the page. Loved them. And this is the first time Fantôme has given us a mystery to solve along with a twist. It was a success. Fyi Just A Little Junk is a standalone. Enjoy!...more
