I kept thinking about my experience reading it and how much I loved it and in the end, I decided to go with five because it really, truly was that good. Tell Me Lies tells the type of love story that more often than not, I feel gets pushed under the rug. Stephen and Lucy have the love story that a lot of people end up with in their college years, the messy one, and Lovering does a brilliant job of telling that messy love story. She tells it in such a real way that, at times, I swore she took scenes out of my actual life. I loved Lucy and Stephen for what they were in this novel, and to watch Lucy grow throughout was truly awe inspiring. These are flawed characters but to me that makes them all the more real and amazing. They have flaws like the rest of the human race and it's beautiful. I was instantly a fan of Lovering from this novel and I plan on reading whatever she comes out with next! Tell Me Lies has made me a fan of Lovering's work for life!

I loved the supporting characters throughout this book as well, they are so well rounded! I loved the writing, the art, everything about it was beautiful! This tugged at my heart strings in such a powerful way, I was in love with these characters by the end of the first issue! I cannot wait to read more!!

I loved it so much that I ran out after finishing it to buy the second volume because I needed more right away. I wish I could say that I loved volume two as much as I loved volume one... but I didn't. I found volume two to be boring and all over the place. I felt like this volumes issues didn't flow together at all. I found myself sometimes looking back to see if I had skipped over a page only to find that I hadn't and something new was being brought up randomly. I really enjoyed the last issue in this volume and that will cause me to eventually get volume three so that I can see what will happen next but overall this volume just bored me. I don't know what I expected volume two to be but it wasn't this. The biggest problem I had was that I felt like the characters stories weren't going anywhere and this upset me more than anything else. There were moments that I did enjoy but overall I enjoyed the first volume ten times more than I did this one.

I am currently going through a little big Prince phase after having read his first wife Matye's book, The Most Beautiful: My Life with Prince, so I have been picking up any books on him that I can find. This was not my favorite. I learned a lot about him that I didn't know before reading this book, which was exciting, but I did not enjoy Ro's writing style. It felt like I was reading a textbook about Prince, his music, and his life. If I wasn't so invested in the topic I would have found this book to be boring. Another thing that I was not please with was his inaccurate information. When Ro starting mentioning things in the book that I knew from reading other books did not go down the way that he was saying they did, it made me question all the information he was giving in the book. Overall though I did like reading this book and learned more than I knew before opening in.

I don't mean the person aspect in regards to actually knowing Prince. What I mean is the actual personal aspect as a fan. Greenman is truly a fan of Prince and it shows in every word on the page. From the personal stories he tells, to the history of the artist, Dig If You Will the Picture is a true love letter to Prince from Greenman. It is also a love letter from Greenman to other fans. I found myself smiling through most of this book because there was a bond between the author and the reader. So many times I felt myself thinking, yeah, you understood him too, didn't you? It's a nice feeling to have when you're the only 27 year old you know obsessed with Prince. Thank you Greenman for an amazing look at Prince, his music, his life, and yourself as a fan.
Wow! Just wow! I loved every second of this volume. The only thing that I didn't like was that it was only four issues instead of the usual five! Kim Wow! Just wow! I loved every second of this volume. The only thing that I didn't like was that it was only four issues instead of the usual five! Kim & Kim is truly an incredible series. I adore both Kim's immensely. The writing is down right hysterical and lovable. There were so many amazing moments during this volume that I read it all in one sitting, I couldn't put it down!

Plus it wasn’t over the top in the romance department and I really liked that!

I was so excited but nervous going into this book because I loved and adored Glitter so much! However, I couldn't wait to dive right into this one and I wasn't disappointed. If anything, it was even better than Glitter at some points. The amount of plot twists that I didn't see coming in this novel, even during the last five pages, were incredible! I wish more people would talk about these books because what Pike has done with them is truly incredible. This book felt like the final book, though I have to say if she decided to write more I really wouldn't be complaining at all! I loved all the characters and would love more with Saber, Danica, even Justin! I love this book and Glitter with all my heart!

I waited way too long to read this book and honestly I am shocked that more people are not talking about it!! The characters, the world, the complete amazing-ness of everything in this book was unlike anything I have ever read in a long time!! The fact that the characters actually had consequences for their actions too was quite refreshing!!! I am getting the second book ASAP!

It was a fast paced, intense, suspense novel that had me guessing until the very end and wondering what was going to happen. I loved the characters and even if I could not relate to the feelings of some of them, I understood the motivations behind what they were doing regardless. I think anyone who loves a novel in the same style of Gillian Flynn would enjoy this novel by Burton. It is safe to say that I will be looking for more novels by her in the future.

I did enjoy the novel however and I give the author a lot of credit for taking on a Phantom of the Opera re-telling. As someone who has read the original novel, seen the original silent movie, and loves the musical it was a tall order to impress me with this. I thought the characters were incredible, I loved the story Howard was trying to tell. However at times I felt like I was missing parts of the story, there was a lot of jumping around. I also thought some of the concepts in the book were a little too strange for my liking personally and that's coming from me, who usually loves weird and strange things. I did enjoy the second half of the book more than the first half, I just wish overall it would have been a better novel.

Having read her two books I can safely say without a doubt that she is an inspiration for women. I loved this memoir so much! The things she talks about are real and honest and at the same time she is making reader's laugh through the whole thing, even during moments that shouldn't be hysterical! I loved every second of this book!

I loved the characters of Tate and Claire, even though there wasn't much development there. I enjoyed the aspect of hockey and how important it was to the town throughout the book. I thought the love story itself was very cute. I did think however, that the book was very slow for being a 300 plus page book. The first hundred pages were quick and fast paced and then the author seemed to go to a screeching halt for the next hundred and fifty pages, only for the last fifty pages to wrap everything else up. I had some issues with the authors writing style when it came to some romantic scenes, though I did really enjoy Tate and Claire.

This was completely a cover read for me. I adored the cover, read the description, and went hey , why not? It sounds good. I was very disappointed. There was not much character development at all. It was a weird mix between the films Sucker Punch and Black Swan if you made them PG. I thought the book was creepy and not in a good way, parts were down right disturbing and made me uncomfortable. I would not recommend this book.

I was completely blown away with how incredible it was! I have watched the movie over and over for years now but the book is definitely in a class all by itself! It took me a little bit longer to read because of all the psychology and the religious aspects of the novel but I enjoyed every second of it! It is quite the terrifying, page turner!

I knew nothing about Maddy or her struggles going into this book so I felt that I was reading this whole situation with new, fresh eyes. The way Fagan discusses social media, sports, and college in regards to the pressure that they cause us all is so fascinating and interesting. I learned things about anxiety and depression that I would have never even considered before picking up this book. I think that while this is a tragic story it has brought to light some interesting things about our society as a whole.

I have always thought that Vega is such a talented writer and has such a knack for the horror genre. I have given every other book in this series a five star rating, so imagine my disappointment when this was only a three star read for me. I wasn't a fan of most of the new characters that Vega threw into this book and I thought that writing this novel in a before and after style really took me out of what was going on in the novel. I almost wish that this had been two books instead of one, having the before parts be one book and the after parts another. I did enjoy what Vega was doing with this book and I did read it quickly, it just didn't live up to the standards of the other three books. The epilogue was done beautifully though and left me satisfied with the finalization of this world.

I cannot even put into words how much I loved this book or how important this book is in the grand scheme of things, in the world we are living in right now. I loved the characters, I loved the message, I loved everything about this book. This book had no flaws. I read a good portion of this book in one sitting, that's how incredible this book was. It's powerful, it's moving, everyone should read it!
