4.5ish stars. I really enjoyed this but it was very different from her other books in this series in my opinion. There was SO much banter. Teague is s4.5ish stars. I really enjoyed this but it was very different from her other books in this series in my opinion. There was SO much banter. Teague is similar to Khloe in some ways.
Teague is so so so different from all the other males in this series. Like all the others were so territorial and alpha over their anchors/mates and it was just not like that with Teague. Lmao he’s very unserious, loves to piss people off and really doesn’t feel territorial of anyone but is very loyal and steadfast. Until Larkin gets under his skin and his demon is like das mine he’s really just been living with no attachments except for Khloe and the clan.
Larkin is grumpy, prickly and yet so overprotective, caring and loyal to the people that she loves and cares for. They started with a fake relationship and the sexual tension between these two was fireeeeee.
Idk, I really enjoyed learning about the hellhorses and I think this book had a lot more information than we are usually given. It was about the couple but had better world building than we usually get in this series, especially in the books after Knox and Harper.
I’m so looking forward to Viper and Ella but also very sad that this chapter is closing on the close circle of people.
The spice in this was so good. This book didn’t disappoint at all and really fit the couple it was about. ...more

I loved Christian Harper….I didn’t love Stella as much as I thought I would. She was different than the other books portrayed her to be.
Th3.8 stars.

There was something about her that I just didn’t love. I really appreciated the anxiety representation and how all encompassing it is.
The spicy scenes! Phew!
Christian was insane. I think part of what I didn’t love about Stella was that she didn’t seem as crazy about Christian as he clearly was about her. Given his upbringing it made me a little sad for him. ...more
2.8 stars. Ok this book was very confusing for me at times. The past chapters didn’t really add anything to me.
Farley wasn’t a great heroine. She was2.8 stars. Ok this book was very confusing for me at times. The past chapters didn’t really add anything to me.
Farley wasn’t a great heroine. She was quite annoying most of the time and really quite self absorbed. I don’t know if the author was trying to present her as someone who is just overly stimulated and doesn’t manage her emotions correctly or doesn’t know how to but that’s the way she was portrayed. She often made the onus be on Meyer to mange her emotions. The big stink in this book didn’t make any sense for it to be that momentous..Meyer deserved better. He was the redemption this book needed to be worth reading.
I liked the representation of Hazel being deaf and I liked the flow of the book to some extent. But I didn’t really enjoy the book itself that much. ...more
Didn't love it - didn't hate it. Very bleh though. The characters annoyed me but the writing itself was good. Didn't love it - didn't hate it. Very bleh though. The characters annoyed me but the writing itself was good. ...more
