Me ha gustado también la búsqueda de las partes del cuerpo del Dios destronado del inframundo Xibalba y mucho la competición final (con los distintos "bichos" y lugares en Xibalba). Un libro ameno en líneas generales. Ahh es el 2º que leo de esta autora y son lecturas amenas. Valoración: 6.75/10 Sinopsis: La Era del Jazz está en pleno apogeo, pero Casiopea Tun está demasiado ocupada fregando suelos en casa de su rico abuelo como para prestar atención a las nuevas melodías. Sueña, de todos modos, con una vida lejos de su pequeño y polvoriento pueblo en el sur de México. Una vida que pueda calificar de propia.

El tema de las brujas pensaba que sería el foco principal pero luego todo ha sido como muy light, la prota al principio era muy pesada, no quería estar en el pueblo y era un incordio, luego a mitad se enamora del chico de turno (como no...)!! en fin... Uno de los personajes se intuía que tenia algo que ocultar y acerté con eso. El final me ha parecido flojo pero acorde al tono del libro y muy cogido por los pelos algunas situaciones, o bien muy adecuado. Sinopsis: Tras la muerte de la abuela de Cora, la familia se traslada a vivir a Covanegra, un pequeño pueblo semi abandonado con fama de maldito y cargado de leyendas. De golpe, Cora se ve obligada a dejar atrás toda su vida, su universo en la gran ciudad: deja su instituto, a su mejor amiga, a su novio. No entiende que sus padres hayan optado por vivir en un lugar que expulsó a su abuela tachándola de bruja, así que se empeñará en hacerles cambiar de opinión. Lo mejor, la ambientación de la época victoriana, con sus grandes casas, su suciedad, sus olores y demás. La historia me ha parecido un pelín simple, todo gira en torno al robo de unas joyas y la conexión a lo largo del tiempo entre el presente y esa época victoriana de un barrio de Liverpool. Valoración: 6.5/10 Sinopsis: En las estrecha y envolventes calles de la decadencia del siglo 19, el asesinato de dos chicos conmociona a los locales. La ironía venía de los compañeros de la chica, su mejor amiga Lemon y su logika, Cricket, es el mejor, cada vez que habla es como su conciencia, diciéndole lo mejor que debe hacer, pero como no siempre se hace caso, pues pasa lo que pasa. Valoración: 7.75/10 Sinopsis: En el depósito de chatarra de una isla, bajo un cielo infestado de radiación, un secreto mortal yace oculto entre los escombros.
