This book is foolproof. It’s packed with quick, easy keto recipes. There are so many that it doesn’t matter what you want—snack or meal—or what you’re craving, there’s something in here for you. It doesn’t matter how picky your eater if you’re cooking for family, there’s something in here they’re going to love. The best thing about it, though, is the meal planner. There’s a week-by-week meal plan for two, including a shopping list. I don’t have to think about anything when I’m ready to take the keto plunge, I can just jump right in. This is an excellent resource for anyone considering keto who may be a little nervous about trying it, or who may not know where to start, or who may want to start but just hasn’t found the time or energy. I’m so glad I got it.
