This was a really sweet little slice of life webcomic with very endearing characters! It has some interesting world building happening in the background (what exactly IS composer??), and interesting, well-researched information about blindness and adaptive devices sprinkled in. I enjoyed it a lot!
Fun little slice of life collection of the complete webcomic. I enjoyed it as much on a second read-through. In general, I would prefer to read MCs with disabilities written by people with a same/adjacent disability and/or someone close in their life who happily gave input into the project - rather than here, where the creator did it all via research. But I also know not to take rep too seriously when it's not experience-based and simply enjoy the storytelling for what it is, without believing I'm getting an education from it.
Postcards in Braile was a pretty quick read. The author did a fantastic job of capturing characters and personalities in a short but effective way for each panel that he wrote. The dogs and fries reference was explained at the end and it saved me a Google search. Great read, kind of fast though. I also figured out that it was a webcomic which is probably why it was such a quick read. Captures no essences of the interabled relationship in itself as a friend suggested it to me when I borrowed this book from them (not the author's fault, that is clearly not what they were going for), but it was still well done as a series of lighthearted stories.
I read this when it was a webcomic and immediately picked up a physical copy from the kickstarter. I love this comic so much and it probably a main part of why I got into making my own. The characters are cute, the story is wholesome, the art is great. What is not to love~ I learned so much from this author, you should definitely check them out!
