Half French, half Khmer (Cambodian), I'm a woman whose head is filled with fantasies and intriguing stories, and who wants to share them with others.
I'm a newbie when it comes to being an author, but being an avid reader with eclectic tastes (I enjoy reading just about any genre as well as non-fiction) has helped me in my plunge to write commercial fiction.

Last year, I read and enjoyed Girl Within Girl Book 1: Unraveling, the first book in the series, so I was looking forward to reading the second book in the series, and it didn’t dissapoint.
You would think that being trapped in a mountain cabin with several women is every man’s dream, but for Dr. Sean Paisley it turns out to be a veritable nightmare. To make matters worse, he’s in love with all the women, and they all have some sort of feelings toward him. Add in dark governments secrets, nasty grizzly bears, and you have some real suspense putting you on the edge of your seat.
Just like the first book, this sequel is equally fast-paced. All the characters are well-crafted and three-dimensional, and they all have different personalities that the reader can keep apart. The story has some interesting twists, and overall, it’s an excellent erotic thriller.

The author was kind enough to send me a free copy after writing a short review about her first book “Girl Within Girl, An Erotic Thriller: Book 1: Unraveling,” her second lost none of the excitement or “naughty” bits, but we also gained an insight into the personalities of Katrina and her style of writing, comparing the different scenarios from Dr. Sean Paisley’s perspective and then the different personalities was a good touch. The ending wasn’t quite what I expected but a suitable conclusion nonetheless. My only criticism was use of psychotropic drugs and then “weaning off” which in the time frame was totally unrealistic but that didn’t spoil the story. If the reader enjoyed the first part the second is well worth reading and, in my view under priced.

Absolutely riveting!
I really enjoyed the first book, but this one, really blew my mind. It was intense, and extremely captivating. It's a great story, and I read it from cover to cover. I wasn't quite sure if I liked Dr. Paisley, but I ended up loving him, engaged in the middle of this story. Filled with action and intense emotional, the story brings the reader in, and doesn't let go. Each character has a great depth and some kind of unexplainable connection. I highly recommend it, and the impact of the grizzly bear brings the story into a whole new dimension.

Dr. Sean Paisley has a relationship with Katrina that you see if you’ve read book one. In order to understand these characters you must read Unraveling first. You will have a better understanding as you start learning where our characters are and what continues to unfold. Plus Dr. Paisley is the one that may be able to help us answer any questions that may have come up with the first book.
I love that our characters still seem to be talking to us – makes us a part of what is being revealed. Katrina is still fighting with Cherry and Anisa but we also have the mystery of a woman named Belinda. Finding there’s another character to this growing story will grab your attention – looking to see where this mystery will take you.
Just like the previous story, the author adds in an erotic element. Those moments never seem out of place. They fit in perfectly with the characters she has created. And before I knew it the ending was upon me and found it unsettling because I didn’t want it to end. But I understand that the author doesn’t want to drag anything out because it would change the feel of the story. I’ll just have to wait to see what else she has up her sleeve.
