Well this was a bit drawn out about using a HELOC. Every piece of information you really need is reference to either call or go to a website. Which plain and simple is just a way to build leads. I can't say it was helpful but it's worth reading just to gain some insight but don't expect to "replace your mortgage" unless you call or visit a website to do so.

Good info, but really an advertisement for a class.

This book had a lot of exciting info, but really became a 129 page ad for a class which cost money. I figure the author is making money off the book, just give the knowledge you say you have!
