Compelling mystery with an original plot, based around four students who meet up during their first week at university. Kym who hates being alone. Jacqui who is learning to face her own demons. Indecisive Tom who doesn't want to be the bad guy and strong protective Matt who blames himself for a tragedy that wasn't his fault. Their unfolding stories reveal moments in their lives that they would give anything to change, if only they could. Find out how they cope with their fears and try to solve the mystery of 'Twenty Five.' Set in the UK, Paris, Spain and Australia, this fascinating story shows how decisions made can spectacularly backfire.
A brilliant read, the author creates a background for each character with their lives intertwined. Lots of unexpected happenings and an ending that made me want to read Fears Burden instantly
Very intriguing book. I liked the characters and the plot. And the twists and turns throughout the book. I felt the author did a really good job. My only complaint, I would have to say is that some of the dialogue was a tad bit annoying, but asides from that I really enjoyed this book. Definetly going to pick up Fears Burden to read.
Read it in two days ,u may wonder three stars as it was a good original read with good characters ,some parts that were written though annoyed me ,kinda like Peter Jane books , Carl said to Kim and she told Carl it was not the case and Carl then replied to Kim ,as an example of what I mean ,a lot of name references I found it interesting morally ,wat wd we do if we had a big population ,it jarred a bit me with me the control an main female leads choices against choice , It did have a lot of surprises ,the characters you journey through so much with and it is a diffirent kind of tale

This book was recommended to me and I read it in two sittings. I wasn't disappointed the story was brilliant and refreshingly different. I was hooked from the beginning, theres lots of different twists in the story, but the ending - well can't say too much but unpredictable. Started reading Fear's Burden straight after and thats turning out to be fascinating as well.
