Ghost Dancer is big fun. In fact, The Paramours series is such a great concept that I wish I’d thought of it myself! LOL. It’s a mash-up between Charlie’s Angels and Ghostbusters, with a heap of sexy steam in the brew.
Nina Azure is a ghost dancer, meaning she dances naked to coax out troubled male spirits. Then, detective style, she figures out their backstory to help send them on to a trouble-free afterlife.
The hard thing for Nina, though is that when she encounters Ben, a super-hot guy with a tortured conscience, her desire to help him move on to the next world takes a sharp detour. Because Nina wants him all for herself in the here and now!
I look forward to more in the series, which I’m assuming will be narrated by others in the Paramour trio—namely Claire and Vivian.
A steamy, fun read for 18+.

I've always been fascinated by the supernatural. I love watching TV shows about paranormal investigators, and this trilogy gave me an outlet to write about something I really enjoy while making it steamy!
Ghost Dancer is the sweetest of the tales. I fell for Ben just as Nina did. I'd love to be haunted by a ghost like him!

Nina is a ghost hunter unlike any you’ve ever encountered—she uses sexual energy to draw out lost spirits and then helps them cross over. But her next target doesn’t quite go to plan, especially when she encounters Ben Moore, a sizzling hot ghost who’s taken by Nina and her ghost dancing. Let’s just say, Nina’s provocative moves give Ben the strength to hold his physical form. These two burn up the pages☺ Except now, Nina has herself entangled in a mess that she has to unravel, and she knows well enough that her attraction to Ben can’t lead to anything good. You’ve got to read Ghost Dancer to find out how it all turns out☺
Rains weaves a mesmerizing story with a unique, sensual spin on ghost hunting. I adored the characters, and the descriptions of the dance were fantastic. I’m so excited to see more stories in the series will be released soon. Highly recommended to anyone who loves a heavy doze of sexy spice with their paranormal.

Nina Azure helps spirits move on, but when she comes across Ben Moore's ghost, she's all too eager to keep him earthbound in Christine Rains' Ghost Dancer. Nina is part of a three-person team called the Paramours, who use sexual energy to help ghosts carry on to the afterlife. This novelette focuses on Nina and Ben. Nina is a beautiful character who knows she must do the right thing, even though her heart says otherwise. I loved the imagery of the drums and heartbeats. Ben is definitely a match for Nina, and his story tugged on my heart. Their chemistry was smoking and tinged with sadness. Rains balances the erotic with sweet romance. The first book of the Paramours series, Ghost Dancer by Christine Rains adds a unique twist on ghost hunting and is a perfect adult bedtime read.

Fun story
This was a good but different book! I really enjoyed the story, it's a story line I've not read before and it kept my interest the whole way through. The characters were great, their emotions came at you loud and clear; their happiness, joy, want, sorrow, sadness and love.
The different part...I don't want to give any spoilers, but I will say that I was very surprised that the ghost dancing went as far as it did lol

WOW!!! Sizzling, Steamy, and Hot!!! I read this unique twist on ghost hunters in one sitting. When a group of Paramour Ghost Hunters get involved with a very nice spirit. Nina entices the spirit with an intriguing dance, (the real Ghost Hunters could take a few lessons from this book. Just kidding) to learn more about him. And man, she learns more than she bargained for! I never realized how lustful a ghost can be!

A super steamy read! This is a really fun novelette. Well written and hooks the reader right from the beginning! I like the concept of the Paramours and their unique take on ghost hunting. I think we'll have more adventures with this saucy trio. Very spicy - after reading, be prepared for either a hot ride or a cold shower :)

Spectrophilia is definitely an unusual way to grab a persons attention. What can I say? This novella was fun and extremely entertaining to read. Can't wait for more from Christine Rains!!

I am so late posting this review. I enjoyed this read. I loved the interesting twist...it certainly was unexpected. But, unexpected can be good in a paranormal romance.
