I love both the couples and ugh!!!! I am here for them forever!
It's not cheesy but it's so freaking boyish yet seriously warm and (okay...) made me damn aware of me having no one like that.... seriously I want to cry (cannot help it). And I can't believe I cried once or twice in between the chapters too.
And I kept clutching my heart like...(how many times it must have been? I lost count actually bleh!) my heart was on fire and frozen cos I was melting and burning at the same time.
The series is so full of awesome engaging characters. The couples are so different. Two couples. Four very different unique personalities and (whoa!) with hidden stories behind each personality.
So much have been revealed about the characters and the plot but (yes!) so many questions are still hanging in the air!
The characters are intimidating at times but the main characters are soooooooo droolworthy (they are not your typical yummy characters. Nope!) They are cranky, they are annoying, they are hot(oops!) and they are (ugh!) so precious!

10/10 coz these idiots made me feel things

all in all : 19 天 was such a (much welcome) pleasant surprise. following 4 (high school) kids, their dumb activities and sweet slow burn love. it’s def more about bromance than romantic one. trope consist : childhood bestfriends (jiayi-zhengzhanxi) & enemies to more (hetian-guanshan), both not yet lovers. it’s still ongoing so i’m sad and glad (dont want it to end but srsly when is the next update gonna come out!!). the first half took more focus to jiayi-zhanxi and the last more to hetian-guanshan. i love both couple equally but guanshan frustrated me more w his never-ending-pushing-hetian-away mission

update : i finished it. i think. its still ongoing for sure bcs ive reached chap 367 and no one has banged yet. yes u heard right. 367 chap full of foreplay and teasing but no actual deed has been done between either of these people. the love is there (especially jiayi & zhan xixi) but no official ‘together’ together announcement have been made. no making out scene either. the initiators on each relationship were always Jiayi & He Tian but their other significant kept cockblocking themselves like; why guys arent y’all horny
and yet still. i loved them sm this was almost a 5 stars read for me (albeit my manhwa/manga/webtoons rating system are different than actual books w no drawings). ignoring the fact that it has 1-0 plot, more punching than kissing that both relationship could be considered as abusive ones, and all over the place story line all in all. probably coz in this timing these characters are like a bunch of savior in my ever-so-crumbling-reading-world. i also finished all 367 (albeit short) chapters in approximately 10-15 hours and theyre literally the highlight of my existence in this lovely tuesday evening. but im gonna stick to 4 (fav) stars till its at least completed and my babies got their HEA

After more than a year after I last stopped reading this hilarious manhua, I come back to see some updates. Considering there were only less than 50 chapters for me to read, I did myself a favour and read from the beginning itself. If there is any manhua I've ever had the feeling to give more than 5 stars, it is this. It is still as hilarious as it was and although there seems to be no actual plot going on, just looking at the daily lives of these 4 crazy boys who share one distorted brain cell amongst the four of them is just enough to keep you going.
Personally, I feel like the author is giving us a lot of He Tian and Xiao Mo (I'm not complaining) but then again I want to know what the other two are up to too. And if possible, to see the backstory of He Cheng and Qiu. They are really becoming my favourites (although we have less than 10 seconds appearance of the two of them every 20 chapters or so). The author had already hinted that Jian Yi will be gone during High School and honestly, I want to know what brought that about. And the backstories for some reason seem to be connected. The story is amazing and the only con I can say is that it takes time to upload and the readers are left with a lot of unanswered questions.

Yes, I gave this a 5-star. This deserves nothing less. One moment I was laughing my guts out and the other I was really emotional. The current updates are much more emotional and I hope we can get new updates fast but unfortunately, I saw that one of the translators dropped out. But I shall hope for the best.

I’ve stumbled upon this Chinese mangaka a couple of months back when I read, The Specific Heat Capacity of Love 爱的比热容 (another noteworthy Shounen-ai manhua by the same talented mangaka but please prepare the tissues when you read it). Then yesterday I decided to pick up another one of his production - 19 Days. Oh boy, I was glad I did so for it was an insta-mood-lifter. Coincidentally I was feeling kinda down after reading a couple of tearjerkers in a row. And this little gem here delivered the sunshine back to me again.
19 Days is filled with slapstick humor that brought me to tears from laughing too hard. My stomach aches from the constant giggles I had to suppress. I think I looked much like a loony with glistening eyes and a fist in my mouth, shoulders shaking non-stop. The characters are loveable, sweet, cute and freaking hilarious! I couldn’t get enough of them. Love em to bits and pieces.
As for the the artwork style, it is simplistic yet it brought out the charm of the story and was really pleasing to look at. Another plus point is that the whole manhua is in full colors. What a surprise! What a joy!
MUST READ. Pick it up. Read it and fall in love with life. Life should be fun. <3

Well, that was bliss.
I don't even read manga, but I loved this.
I read this in the mobile phone with Manga Rock. My cousin recommended it to me ages ago but as I said, I don't read manga. This is the first real use I gave to this app. Life is funny.
Why is it any good? Well, I obviously have nothing to compare it with. I don't know if this is the average story or style or quality. I don't have fancy notions of art, I just know it when I like something.
And this I loved.
It's adorable, it's hilarious, there are very funny moments, and that's why I didn't expect to be kicked right in the feelz very into the story.
Sometimes I don't know what's going on exactly and I have the sensation I'm missing something out: scenes just after an important moment which doesn't appear, conversations about previous conversations that happen off-stage. I'm also not used to comics, so there were times I didn't know who was speaking at the moment because the speech bubble was ambiguous.
This is a bromance, two high-school guys who are BFF but maybe they both want... something more?
However, all in all, it pretty much enjoyed this and couldn't stop reading until the very last chapter and... it's not finished!!! Now I don't know what to do with my life.
I'll figure out.

The amount of joy, laughter and tears this story has wrenched out of me over time is incredible.
A friend recommended 19 Days to me years ago. I read it for the first time way back and only just got around to re-reading it. I'd nearly forgotten how wonderful this story is, and I'm so glad to have gone through it once again! (Weekly updates are still happening as it is still an ongoing work.)
19 Days starts off as simply the story of a boy and his best friend. We follow them through their hilarious high school and university adventures as they grow through friendship and maybe even something more. Eventually the two teens become acquainted with the school's most popular boy and his tagalong outcast. Together the foursome explore their touching friendship and troubling pasts amidst new daily adventures.
Never did I think this story--beginning so light hearted and funny--would have me in tears over the fate of our boys' relationship. Old Xian is a great author for being able to make me cry one chapter and laugh the next. This comic never fails to brighten my week with each new update.
The art style has always been great, though over time it has progressed even further. The character designs and art style are both unique to any other manga I've read. I particularly love the attention to detail in Old Xian's backgrounds, as many artists tend to gloss over them without much thought.
This is a really hilarious story, it's hard to put into words how much I've come to love it! Regardless, it's one of the first manga's I've ever read and played large role in what sparked my love for the genre, so 19 Days will always have a special place in my heart! <3

Aún está en proceso, pero ya tengo clarísimo que no hay nada, ninguna canción, película, libro, pintura u serie que se compare a lo mucho que amo esta obra. No es lo mejor en cuanto a calidad, pero me ha sacado una sonrisa en momentos muy difíciles y es la primera vez que me encuentro un personaje tan real como Mo. 🥰

Ya me había olvidado de que está red social existe, pero recientemente ocurrió algo que llevamos más de 200 capítulos esperando y vale la pena anunciarlo por acá. Ahora puedo morir en paz:)

Squee! I was hooked within minutes. Usually, I cautiously circle Kyn's recs because generally seen things cannot be unseen, but again I have to bow down to her awesomeness: 19 Days is absolutely amazing.
I devoured this comic with a grin plastered on my face. What a fantastic blend of great art, humor, UST (so much delicious pining!), teen angst and awkwardness, tenderness and a little heartbreak. I did not expect this to be so cleverly layered at all. But in between these guys' dumbass moves, and scenes in which these use each other as punching bags, there are sudden gentle moments that are so delicately romantic, and heartwarming flashbacks, that I can't help but hope that eventually...
Arrr...I'm a fan. Can't wait for the next update...

this is so addicting! very funny and adorable and probably the gayest thing I’ve ever read. I. SHIP. BOTH. OF. THOSE. COUPLES. (both are m/m)
at first it was really confusing: the chapters were seemingly unrelated and sometimes consisted of like 2 panels and zero dialogue? but i was intrigued nonetheless!
overall, the characters are far from perfect, they do A LOT of problematic things (sexual misconduct and physical violence) but still somehow manage to remain likable and realistic. 🤔
this is actually an ongoing series, so I’m planning on following it from now on, the plot has only started to thicken....👀

Please don’t look at me. I just read 426 chapters of this manwha in one sitting for He Tian and Mo Guan Shan and I can’t bring myself to regret it at all.
Wholesome, slice of life, laugh out loud manwha with great character growth over the life of the series. And also gangster? For reasons? (Still ongoing)

It's interesting how, although many people have read this book countless of times, that they believe it takes place in a High School setting, and that some believe that there is no connection between the pages and chapters. In fact, if you read it closely and disregard the humor (even if it is hilarious) one will able to understand the plot at hand.
Things I want to make clear:
1. This is not a High School setting, it is a Middle School setting. For those who have read this, it clearly says that in the beginning Jian Yi was absent from High School. He suddenly disappeared and vanishes. The first few chapters are the "present", when Jian Yi came back to Zhengxi ZHAN. If you take notice, in the "present" Zhengxi is more violent and hostile towards Jian Yi where as in their Middle School days, he is not. Obviously something happened there and so, we as the readers are beginning to unveil the occurrence of Jian Yi's disappearance & the reason behind it. We are reading their life in Middle school.
2. There is a plot and not just all snippets of their life. In the beginning it may not seem so, but as we look back into the memory of their Middle School days, a deep and serious plot is evident.
I've read this manhua about four times. The first time it was all jokes and I saw no connection at all. The second and third times I had a feeling it wasn't about HighSchool and that there was something big I was missing. The fourth time, well, I payed closer attention to the small details in that what I found out is that perhaps a total of ten chapters or more were focused on only one single day (try dismissing the "one day" above every chapter to understand the story's time frame.
I feel that despite all the humor in this manhua, the main focus is on Jian Yi and his struggle in understanding what it is about him that makes him so different from other guys. After all, for those have read it Jian Yi does show a bit of interests in males specifically his friend-- his best friend who is trying to understand what he is going through and making him worry.

Estoy completamente OBSESIONADA con 19 Days. Adoro a estos chicos.
En realidad, nunca le había prestado mucha atención a este webtoon. ERROR!!!
Es increíble, lindo, y muy divertido. En serio, muy divertido. No hay capítulo que no me ría porque los protagonistas son terribles. Unos chicos fantásticos y de gran corazón, pero como son mejores amigos, no tienen filtro entre ellos. Siempre están involucrados en situaciones cómicas e hilarantes. Otra veces, es un poco dramático y triste. Sin embargo, me gusta porque la obra explora diversos temas de una forma divertida y relajada.
Además el arte me encanta. No es hermoso, como en otros, pero tiene algo genial que hace reír y, al mismo tiempo, emocionarse.
P.D. Los últimos capítulos subidos casi me matan. HERMOSOS *—*

This comic is one of my absolute favorites.
Four boys, two love stories. One is a childhood-friends to lovers, the other enemies to lovers. Both start when the boys are 15yo and don’t know exactly what they are feeling... or don’t want to accept it.
The funny moments are as lovely as the sweet ones.
The story takes its time to know where it wants to go, at first it’s just jokes and light plot. First 50 chapters/pages are like an intro, in the present day, of two of the four main characters.
From Chapter 51, the story goes back in time when the four of them were 15yo, when the story really begins. The chapters from here on are longer.
I really like both couples, but I have a special soft spot for TianShan.
Chapter 102, He Tian makes his first appearance❤️.
Chapter 116, little Red-head Mo intrudes💜.
Chapter 130, Mo GaunShan and He Tian have their first real interaction... and the real Comic starts.
This is an excellent slowburn.

Hi, I'm officially a 19 Days trash (and Tumblr seems to agree with me).
I practically threw out the window two days of exam studying (and precious sleeping hours) to read about these four wonderful boys and their relationship with each other.
And I regret nothing!
So what is 19 Days about?
It's an ongoing Chinese BL (Boys' Love) webcomic written by Old Xian, depicting the lives of four classmates and their growing friendship and relationships with each other.
Basically, even though they all hang out together, we have two pairs of characters:
-The sweet and charming Jian Yi (my precious, precious child) who has a crush on his childhood friend Zhan Zheng Xi, who in turn is very loyal to their friendship and will do anything to protect him from harm's way.
-The extremely popular, rich boy He Tian who looooves to annoy to death everyone and especially Mo Guan Shan (also a precious baby), an outcast and trouble maker in dire need of money.
I'm all mushy you guys, I just can't. I would love to write a proper, well-structured review that will do justice to the story and characters, but all I seem to do is fangirling about it. These chapters are just so damn cute, extremely funny and overall amazing.
And the angst, oh gods of sexual tension...
THE ANGST IS REAL I TELL YOU.
(The only downfall of the manhua is the toxic masculinity and the problematic depiction of women, but for the most part I'm able to surpass these issues, because the rest of it IS THAT GOOD).
Also, can we take a minute to appreciate the gorgeous artwork??

I saw this on my friend Kynthos' feed (I always keep an eye out for what she's reading; she finds the most intriguing stuff) and had to check it out. Made me laugh big time. I don't know who the guys are but the push/pull-love/hate thing is hysterical. And the artwork is fine. Thanks Kynth!

You can't help cheering for Jian Yi in his (we aren't sure yet, but for now) unrequited crush on his childhood best friend Zhang Zheng Xi.
