An uplifting and helpful book, this approach to uncluttering will help people get their lives more in order. I admit I have too much stuff and found the suggestions practical and straightforward. The authors approach the topic from a Christian perspective and include biblical principles to apply to life to overcome the clutter chaos. The twenty-eight days of devotions include a Scripture verse, the devotional teaching, a prayer, activities to apply the lesson, and reflection questions with space to respond. I think this book could be used as a group or with a partner—perhaps doing four lessons a week to apply then meeting and discussing. They could also hold each other accountable to applying what they learned. It would be a great one to have in a church library too. So grab this book to unclutter your home and your life. I received a copy from Celebrate Lit. All opinions are my own.

I love devotionals. I also love organization. Which makes “Uncluttered” the perfect book for me. I grew up in a home that was clean but cluttered and it kind of drove me crazy and seemed to clutter my mind and outlook. Thankfully, somewhere along the way of becoming an adult I developed great organizational skills, which makes this book especially captivating, uplifting, and inspiring.

The smart layout offers practical advice and guidance to unclutter your heart, home, and life. The reflection questions are especially helpful, and the Biblical perspective is much appreciated. This unique 28-day devotional is staying on my keeper shelf!

I like the topic of Uncluttered, as well as the format. As a devotional, it's easy to read in the small bites in which it's meant to be read. Since God is a God of order, we certainly should realize He would have a lot to say about organizing and organization in His Word.

If you're a minimalist-wannabe (like I am), you'll definitely want to read Uncluttered. If you want to declutter and simplify your life and home, with a Biblical perspective, be sure to grab your own copy.

Uncluttered: Shaping Your Heart & Home for What Matters Most is a great 28 day devotional by Liana George and Angie Hyche. Each day is only seven and eight pages long. The days include: scripture, commentary, prayer, a writing prompt for an area that a reader can unclutter, and a reflection. There is ample space provided to be written on. I liked this devotional and thought it is a great way to help relieve the stresses of life and finding ways to get rid of chaos that is cluttering.

I am giving Uncluttered: Shaping Your Heart & Home for What Matters Most five stars. I highly recommend it for readers who love to read devotionals.

I received a paperback copy of George and Hyche's Uncluttered: Shaping Your Heart & Home for What Matters Most from the publisher, but was not required to write a positive review. This review is one hundred percent my own honest opinion.
