I don't know why this wasn't listed as another edition rather than a separate work but I can't be bothered to complain as it was such a poor book. Anyway I reproduce my review for the printed version: I was very disappointed in this book - it was just trite and mediocre - I thought it would have something new or interesting to say about family run as against corporate businesses - but honestly there was nothing - you might as well read a good well written history of the robber barons and the gilded age and wallow in the fun of such gross extravagance and people you can piously condemn - this book is neither fish nor fowl - just a waste of time.
