If that is what you seek, perhaps, Drive or Thinking Fast and Slow might be a better choice. Sadhguru has his feet somewhat deep within the scientific universe but that is not the main message. The science bits are just morsels of chewable food for westerners, bits that are tied to pieces of something else. One might call it truth.(less)
