It’s been a huge year for horror-themed popcorn buckets, from Beetlejuice Beetlejuice‘s sandworm to the unhinged Alien: Romulus Xeno head. Now, another of the year’s most anticipated horror movies is getting the snack holder treatment, with Cinemark’s Terrifier 3 popcorn buckets available to preorder from September 18.
That means when you catch Damien Leone’s Terrifier 3 on its opening night of October 11, you can chow down on your preferred type of popcorn straight from Art the Clown’s festive head – while there’s no judgement on your favorite flavor here, given his antics in Terrifier 2, surely salty is the way to go? Plus, it can double as a barf bag when things get predictably gruesome.
Returning for the bloody sequel to the 2022 slasher are David Howard Thornton as Art, as well as Terrifier 2‘s reigning final girl Sienna (Lauren LaVera). Also returning are Samantha Scaffadi as Victoria Heyes and Elliot Fullam as Sienna’s little brother Jonathan. Making their Terrifier debut are The Lost Boys‘ Jason Patric, AEW superstar Chris Jericho Halloween‘s Daniel Roebuck as Santa Claus himself, Antonella Rose, Krsy Fox, Clint Howard, Jon Abraham and SFX icon Tom Savini.
In Terrifier 3:
Art the Clown is set to unleash chaos on the unsuspecting residents of Miles County as they peacefully drift off to sleep on Christmas Eve.
From the trailers we’ve seen so far, there’s absolutely no doubt that Terrifier 3‘s ‘much bigger’ budget has mostly gone on that glorious gore that the franchise has become known for – and we can’t wait to see Art slay the halls.
The popcorn bucket itself (seen above) keeps things pretty simple (much like Art, a man of simple pleasures himself) – splattered blood, a Santa hat, and a terrifying grin, perfect for holding your snacks and doubling up neatly as a Christmas decoration when the festive season rolls around.
