Taylor Frankie Paul has been careful to never name those involved in her 2022 TikTok “soft swinging” scandal but fans online believe they have figured out some of the other Utah influencers who were involved.
Hulu‘s new reality show, The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives, is taking a second glance at the viral scandal that swept TikTok in May 2022 after Taylor revealed that she and ex-husband Tate Paul were splitting after their the engaged in “soft swinging” that crossed lines into infidelity on Taylor’s part.
Taylor claimed that she and her husband had been practicing non-monogamy with fellow Mormon influencer couples, engaging in some sexual activity while all spouses were present. However, she took things a step further with one of the men without her husband’s knowledge.
“We had an agreement, like all of us, and I did step out of that agreement. That’s where I messed up,” Taylor said. “No one was innocent. Everyone has hooked up with everyone in this situation. So, yes, I’m getting shunned for doing that, but it wasn’t like I was going around hooking up with my friend’s husband.”
“I was friends with these people, and we spent a lot of time together. We were intimate on several occasions. Tate has made out with several girls and [done] other things, and I’ve made out with all of the husbands and [done] other things.”
Several Mormon TikTok stars were quick to deny claims that they were involved in the swinging group, including Taylor’s The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives cast mates Mayci Neeley, Whitney Leavitt. So, who was?
Who did Taylor Frankie Paul cheat with?
Taylor is believed to have cheated with Brayden Rowley who was allegedly in the swinging group with his ex-wife, McKenna Rowley.
In an August episode of his podcast, OnlyDads, Brayden admitted to being part of the group — though he declined to call what they were doing “swinging.”
Without directly naming Taylor, Brayden discussed the lessons he learned from the experience, saying, “Number one, don’t have an affair again and number two, don’t do it with a TikToker.”
Brayden and McKenna, who share one child, split shortly after Taylor opened up about her infidelity. Brayden’s podcast co-host, Chase McWhorter, also admitted to being part of the group with his then-wife, Miranda. Chase and Miranda split in 2023. Neither Miranda or McKenna have ever confirmed the rumors.
In a September appearance on The Viall Files podcast, Taylor alleged that prior to cheating with one man, another man in the group confessed his feelings for her. “This is my best friend,” Taylor said, in reference to that man’s wife.
This has prompted her followers to speculate that this man may have been Chase, who’s wife was one of Taylor’s close friends.

Some of Taylor’s followers briefly speculated that TikToker Camille Munday was also involved in the scandal after she unfollowed Taylor. However, there is no evidence to suggest that Camille or her husband, Sam, were part of the group.
In April, Camille revealed via Instagram that she and Taylor were friends again. “Things happen, people make mistakes but it’s important to live, grow, learn and move on,” Camille wrote.
