Saturday Night Live: Where to Buy Beloved Characters in Funko Pop! Form Before Season 50 Debuts
Live from Funko Pop!, it’s the Saturday Night Live collection!
In honor of the NBC late-night show’s upcoming Season 50 (which tentatively premieres Saturday, Sept. 28), Funko has released a collection depicting fan-favorite characters in miniature Pop! form. While the SNL 50 Funko Pop! collection doesn’t officially release until Friday, Nov. 29, each figure is currently available for pre-order for just $12.99.
Included in the SNL 50 collection are: Matt Foley, the late Chris Farley‘s abrasive motivational speaker who “lives in a van down by the river!”; Ms. Rafferty, Kate McKinnon‘s beloved alien abductee who most recently appeared in Season 49 alongside host Ryan Gosling; Mary Katherine Gallagher, Molly Shannon‘s Catholic superstar; Herb Welch, Bill Hader‘s WXPD News New York reporter; and Nick the Lounge Singer, the Bill Murray character who famously gave the Star Wars theme lyrics in 1977.
NBC will mark SNL‘s 50th anniversary with a three-hour special airing on Sunday, Feb. 16, 2025, at 8/7c. The event will be broadcast as the culmination of a celebratory weekend centered on the sketch-comedy show. Season 50 will reportedly see the return of Maya Rudolph where she will step back into the shoes of Vice President Kamala Harris.
