Amy Keller Laird is the founder of Mental, the first women’s media brand that blends lifestyle and mental health. Amy is the former Editor-in-Chief of Women’s Health and Beauty Director of Allure, and has also written for Elle, Time, Self, and HuffPost. She has OCD, and has been named an official “Friend of NAMI” (National Alliance on Mental Illness) for her journalism work in the mental health field.
