The ads on this game are really obnoxious. They are set to be so sensitive that when you try to click the X to close the ad, it registers that as a click on said ad. It also allows ads to override your sound settings and turn your volume up even when your phone is on silent. I like the game, and I recognize that the developer has to make money somehow, but the ads are just too over the top for me to give a higher rating.

Fun, challenging word puzzle game. I held back a star because the credit you get for completing challenges during tournaments is static, but the complexity is not. I get the same credit for completing a puzzle, whether it is easy or "very hard," according to how the game characterizes the task. That disincentivizes elevating the challenge of the game. I like a challenge, but weirdly enough, I like to be rewarded for rising to the occasion

Gameplay is ok, but Tech support is a joke. A problem with reinstalling to fix a problem wipes 90% of your stuff, but if you've played on multiple devices, that is correctible. However, when there is an actual problem, you get an AI response that does nothing to fix the problem. I have been on one team for the last couple of years, dropped off to join another, and now cannot join any team. Unable to contact server error. Well, my Internet is fine! I still play, but not like before. Fix my issue
