Payment Issues Constantly! I am supposed to have automatic withdrawal for this and it will come up to clients even if the money is in the account and when I go to my account to check it it shows up as a pending charge. This isn't the first time it happened and as much as I love having the extra storage for very cheap.I'm starting to rethink which one I am using. It magically went thru today by itself but denied yesterday... I'm tired of app bs

App is horrible. I lost years of text messages. Says 0 device files backed up and 11mb if SMS. Messages when I have over 10GB of messages and MMS!! Also says backup not performed in days when it says it will perform backup when idle for 2 hours and charged. Garbage ! It only works when I manually backup. Photo backup works fine but don't depend on restoring tour phone from this piece of garbage. Support stinks. They deny issue and waste your time !

I have never been successful in resolving a single issue where I engaged the help offered here and I also noticed that my bill jumped from the subscription I purchased and now (all of a sudden) I'm being charged almost $20 a month for it. I don't utilize this app enough to justify this type of behavior. Because it's not worth more than the storage price of $2.99 which is all I need. Support has been anything but helpful. And it doesn't even have the VPN anymore. More than just a little annoying!
