Hi,When I have asked to have books removed, I have been told that there are too many and I am the default author for my name and need to have this changed. But when I requested it, nothing happened. Could someone please help? Unsure how to fix this.

Since your name is reasonably common, this will just keep happening.Please contact Support (staff) & ask them to move you & your books to a clean profile. Make sure you tell them which books are yours.
