My expertise is in improving the written and spoken communications of those who use English as a second language and work within intercultural business contexts. I have designed and led seminars for more than 25 years in both Canada and France, helping thousands of participants to communicate more effectively.

I am the creator of the CLEAR method, which has established a new standard for expressing opinions interculturally. It forms the heart of my book, Dance of Opinions: Mastering written and spoken communication for intercultural business using English as a second language, an easy to learn and apply method for intermediate and advanced ESL business people.
