A former McKinsey & Company consultant, he now has eighteen years of experience in working out practical transformations in diverse industrial environments across the USA, Europe and Asia. He continues to draw from prior experience of navigating change in Shell and Crown Cork and experiencing change on shop floors. He has BA and MEng degrees in manufacturing engineering from the University of Cambridge.
