– I question if the racing driver is the clear primary topic. In particular, the Scottish actor is quite well known in Britain, mainly for his long-running role as the title character in Dr. Finlay's Casebook. This could be bias in favour of the USA, see WP:BIAS. PatGallacher (talk) 14:17, 28 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Bill Simpson is not well-known for being a race driver. He is well-known for his contributions to driver well-being, in the form of safety advancements and products, which are notable for their impact upon - and integration by - the global auto racing community.
