Even experienced editors routinely fail to understand that properly sourced bias is allowed, so in all your massive deletions, don't try to fix "POV/bias". There is some amount of bias that appears in the article by implicitly agreeing with how supporters of Rodrigo Duterte would characterise him and his presidency.
