Lyle Bolton, better known as Lock-Up, is a criminal that operates in Gotham City, making him an enemy of Batman.

History

Lock-Up worked together with Cluemaster and some other C-List villains in an elaborate plan to wear down and kill Batman, all orchestrated by Lincoln March.

• Lock-Up was created for the television series Batman: The Animated Series, first appearing in "Lock-Up" written by Paul Dini, Marty Isenberg and Robert N. Skir. However, in the rebooted Prime Earth continuity his first appearance as part of the New 52 DC Universe is in Batman Eternal #3 by Scott Snyder, James Tynion IV, John Layman, Ray Fawkes, Tim Seeley, and Jason Fabok.
