Flex Mentallo is a charismatic and friendly superhero and ally of the Doom Patrol, with the ability to manipulate reality in various ways by flexing his various muscles. He was created from a drawing by the powerful Wallace Sage, is a close friend of Danny the Street, and is widely regarded as a sweet and helpful presence to those around him. Flex Mentallo was created by Grant Morrison and Richard Case, and first appeared in Doom Patrol (Volume 2) #35. (1990)
