Armando Ramone is the brother of Vibe and has similar powers. He became a corporate superhero, first as Reverb and later Hardline.
History
Armando was the leader of a street gang in Detroit, but gave it up on the death of his brother Paco, who had been a member of the Justice League of America as the hero Vibe. He shared his brother's metahuman power of manipulating sound waves and became a hero himself, joining the corporate-sponsored hero team the Conglomerate, first as Reverb and later as Hardline. Armando was determined to honour his brother's memory.
