Didn’t get exactly what you wanted? It’s easy to get your money back with The North Face returns. Whether you bought an item online or in-store, you have 60 days to return it. There are only a few things to remember:
- The item(s) must be sent back in an unworn and unwashed condition
- Your original slip or receipt must be included
- In-store or online purchases can be returned
Returning an online order? Simply fill out the return slip you got with your order, and place it in the package you’re returning. Lost the enclosed shipping label? You can reach out to customer service for a new label. Then, drop your shipment at a USPS store and you’re good to go!
