If you wish to return an item be sure to:
- Take pictures if the item is defective
- Email Casetify explaining why you want to return the item
- Make sure to send the email within 10 days of purchase
When requesting a return, make sure to keep in mind:
- Shipping and handling fees will not be reimbursed
- If you opted for Cash on Delivery as the payment method, you cannot receive a refund but instead are eligible for store credit or an exchange
- Items bought on sale are not able to be returned
- Refunds will be made using the original payment form
