Scanned picture. Original source? --Dodo 13:08, 15 April 2008 (UTC) – Mike.lifeguard | @en.wb 03:31, 16 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Estimado Dodo. Gracias.--Arcillaroja 12:51, 16 April 2008 (UTC)--Arcillaroja 12:55, 16 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Dear Mike, This image is a scan of the print of my original picture. The person portrated is a writer. This picture appears in one of his publication. I made the original picture and I have permision by the writer and his editors to use this under the copiright agreement stated togheter with the image. I hope this is enough. Thank you--Arcillaroja 13:05, 16 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

So you scanned the image... then it is a copyright violation. You have to prove that you are the *copyright owner* (not only the author) in the proper way. If the copyright belongs to the publishing house, you cannot give permission. --Dodo 13:08, 16 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
