Por mantenimiento, Ecuador se prepara para enfrentar el primero de varios apagones a escala nacional previstos por el Gobierno debido a la crisis energética que afronta el país. Los ciudadanos han salido a las calles a comprar focos recargables y demás accesorios para abastecerse ante la falta de energía eléctrica. El sector productivo está muy preocupado por las pérdidas que esto pueda conllevar. Ana María Cañizares recorrió calles y negocios de Quito y esto es lo que encontró.
