He’s well off the mark with PARALLEL CARD and he doesn’t realize that he did some VALUABLE WORK when serving in the Army for $40K.
MY RATING: 5.5
MY GRADE: E+
LOL at the Count von Count emoticon in the one.
Well so close to another $10K+ podium sweep but the episode was then average, that is until that suicidal move in the BR and PARALLEL CARD, really?
Our rating: 5 😮 (tough call but the maingame was acceptable by book, sans the duds and the BR)

Again, please pardon about the term “suicidal move”, but that would actually mean asking for yet another BR loss by picking on THING, something that the writers would put a dreaded orange text highlighter in it with a -__- sign. This pick is very risky but never choose that unless that the player was bold enough.

Oh did they last used that BR on October 28, 2021? Now that it ring a bell upon the article and reruns.

I think we will get skunked on Veterans Week again. Hope I’m wrong.

We don’t think it is going to be skunked, hardly seeing any week with back-to-back skunkings on said theme week, but you never know.

I’m fearing the same thing.

Let’s just get a look at what Pete’s final total(s) would’ve been if the BR had been won, listed by what amount would’ve been landed on:
NOTE: One asterisk on each side surrounding an amount indicates that an envelope containing it was landed on, but was sadly lost. If the amount was won, however, it would be surrounded by two asterisks on each side instead.
*$40K* – $59,300
$50K – $69,300
$75K – $94,300
$100K – $119,300
MILLION – $1,019,300

This episode was alright despite the duds in the game and we nearly had a triple $10K finish… until Pete made the grave mistake of picking THING for his BR. I somehow managed to RSTLNE this one, with the two uncommon consonants in the bottom row, I knew he wasn’t going to get this one.
My Rating: 6 (D+)

Decent game and Pete was lucky to have won thanks to that expensive Palm Springs trip, but since he made the grave mistake of picking THING, I knew another loss was coming. I too got the answer w/ the RSTLNE.
And wow, first sub-$7K prize in the PP since late S36.
My Rating: 5 (too many duds)

Everyone fared well (especially Pete), but picking Thing for the BR spelled trouble.
