I WAS SHOCKED!!!! THE KID IS ALIVE AND SHE RAISED AUSTEN ALL BY HERSELF!! omg if there’s one thing i love its second chance trope, but adding secret baby/child just makes everything better. it’s the perfect combination of tropes. the ending was rushed, i can’t deny that, but it was cute and heartwarming, maybe a bit much, but it’s so cute....more

interesting dynamic, she’s investigating ian, the wall street guy, and can’t help that she’s falling in love with him. and i’m so surprised he’s decent, like... way to decent for someone that belongs to wall street. not even a slut vibe, not so much of a huge womanizer, just a tiny bit. i’m more interested about sabrina’s love story, that’s what catching my attention. lauren layne books gives so much comfort, i love the way she’s so good to write romances, even fastburns, which not everyone can write good ones. ...more

this book is so wonderful, it's beautiful and super realistic. a pregnancy changes everything, after all you are generating a life, which will put one more person on this earth, whose person you will be legally responsible for years and years, that you’ll love unconditionally. it's such a deep thing. and even a possible pregnancy, which makes you wonder “what if I'm pregnant?” it already leaves you thinking about the possible thousand possibilities that may or may not change your life completely. this book is super well written, but unfortunately over time, it ended up becoming a bit convoluted and repetitive. if this book had 230/250 pages for sure i would have absolutely nothing to complain about, but unfortunately it ended up being a very big factor that made me rate exactly 3 and a half stars. honestly i thought it was brilliant to be exactly nine lives, which makes a correlation with the period of a pregnancy, being exactly 9 months generating a life! so... each month can also be related to each reality she thought of, and imagined in a totally different way. it's so brilliant! i truly loved how it was portrayed that a woman not wanting children is completely normal, that it doesn't make her a bad or weird person, as these are just one of the first assumptions made when a woman says she doesn't want to have children, that she doesn't want to be mother. this is normal okay? it could be because the person doesn't want a child, doesn't have that vocation to be a mother, because they don't see themselves as being a mother, because they aren't able to get pregnant, or for other reasons too. and it doesn't matter! women shouldn't be forced to be mothers, it should be something you want, that you're sure you want to be a mother, that you know that's what you want. we talk about not only generating a life, but also creating, educating, loving unconditionally, and having the responsibility of a life in your hands, which will always come first. rose napolitano is an incredible woman, she’s strong, fierce and very determined in all versions of her, all nine lives of rose napolitano....more

It’s was very exhaustive to read this, Marcus is annoying and to be honest, the only I decided to read this book was due to the second chance trope/exes to lovers trope. i’m always ready to love any kind of friends to lovers kind of love story, but this one had a lot of ups and downs. the main problem... well that’s quite easy to say, the focused way too much about the kidney transplant plot, so much that they felt left behind, and they’re literally the stars of this book. and i can’t even say what the fuck has happened during the last 70 pages, i mean what was that? something okay turned into almost bad. it felt exhausting and tiring to keep reading the same thing over and over again
i’m getting so close of saying goodbye to this beautiful series, i’m truly in love with every character and couple. since the beginning gavi4,5 stars
i’m getting so close of saying goodbye to this beautiful series, i’m truly in love with every character and couple. since the beginning gavin & thea has been my number one couple, but vlad & elena really won my heart with this one. vlad and his huge charisma got me hooked since the first book, and he has finally received his main focus. i’ve waited for this... i’ve loved everything about them, you can’t give me childhood friends to lovers and make me hate them, there’s no way that something like can happen. it’s obvious that i’ll love them endlessly, and the marriage of convenience was just another quality. vlad is really the man, he worships elena so badly, all he wants in his life is his best friend, the love of his life, and he has both at the time. i’m so in love with them!! they’re adorable, and i couldn’t read this book patiently enjoying every second, because i thought about reading a bit and next thing i noticed, i had read more than 70 pages... well it’s very addictive if you haven’t noticed. also i would like to say that the action scenes in russia made everything better. i loved it!! the car trash part... OH MY GOD!! for one second i thought she had very serious injuries. thank god i was wrong. ...more

I STILL HAD SO MUCH TO PROCESS. it’s devastating to know he wasn’t there to see her playing the final game. carrie soto i love you so much!! you already have a special place in my heart. i know that even knowing it wasn’t everything i expected, i still loved to know everything i could about carrie. ...more
