If I get stuck, I usually start talking about my story to one of my sons and somehow in the recalling, fresh new ideas come flooding in. I am Irish - so storytelling is deep in my DNA, I think. Certainly growing up in a large family, the ability to tell a great story over the loudness of the others, was a means of survival of the fittest.
