I really enjoyed Pepper's previous military series so was super excited to see this new one and learning there is a tie-in to that other series.
Some bad neighbor and creepy alley guy "drama" keeps this romance story on its toes.
Loved the importance of Rexy to the story...pets are so important IMO.
And also appreciated how the military team came together and became a family especially when it came to protecting and caring for Aspen.

A Heartwarming Love Story
Jericho's Little Girl by Pepper North is the first book in the new team of the Soldier Daddies series, and it delivers everything fans of her work have come to love. As someone who thoroughly enjoyed the original series, I was excited to see where Pepper North would take us with this new group of characters.
The story centers around Jerico, a strong, protective man who fits perfectly into the role of a Daddy, and Aspen, his fiercely independent little girl. Aspen's struggle to accept Jerico's love and care is portrayed in an authentic and relatable way, especially given her past experiences of not having that kind of support. This internal conflict adds depth to Aspen's character and makes her journey with Jerico all the more satisfying.
One of the highlights of the book is the camaraderie among Jerico's team. The soldiers don’t just respect Jerico; they also adore Aspen, creating a warm and supportive environment for her. It's heartwarming to see how she essentially gains a whole group of protective uncles, which adds an extra layer of charm to the story.

This is the way a new relationship between a Little and her Daddy should be!! Jerico first encounters Aspen when he gets between her and her a**hole neighbor in a bar assault. He rescues her but then she bolts as soon as the cops are called. Unwilling to just leave her on her own, he gets her address and follows up to ensure her safety. Their chemistry is almost instantaneous and his Daddy persona takes charge. It’s hard to imagine a more horrible neighbor, or human being for that matter, than Eddie. Not only is he abusive to her, but to his dog Rex as well. Jerico is not willing to leave her as Eddie’s neighbor and convinces her to come home with him. Rex is part of the equation. As their DDlg relationship develops, with Rex’s apparent approval, Aspen slowly comes out of her shell and begins to embrace her little within and her potential Daddy’s dominance. To deal with all the issues that arise they also have the support of Jerico’s new special ops team. So, not only do we have a sweet yet very steamy Daddy/little story but we have a community of dominant men bonding together to build a real team and…… potentially more stories to come. Pepper North at her DDlg best. 5 Stars

This is a great start to a new series of Daddy Doms in uniform. We all know that Pepper North writes a beautiful story of Daddy’s finding their forever Little girl, this story is full of love and protection for a Little girl who is in need of her Daddy to protect her and love her. Jerico has just moved into town and is part of a new team in the military, when they are out for the first time, socialising since he’s arrived, he rescues Aspen from her abusive neighbour, and when he follows her home, he recognises that she is little, and she is his. I really enjoyed how he took charge and showed Aspen that she deserved his protection and that he was not going to give up on her. Aspen seems to have attracted a lot of native energy, but she had Jerico to protect her and eventually show her that she was his forever girl and they go on to live happily ever after. The end of the story, let us to think that the next daddy to find his little is the team medic. I was given an advanced copy of this book to read and I am reviewing with my honest and fair opinion.

This is the 6th book in the Soldier Daddies series by Pepper North and It is Jericho Adams (special forces officer/daddy) and Aspen Randolph (little) story. They first meet when he gets between her and her abusive neighbor is trying to abuse her while she is waiting to pick up her dinner. He rescues her but she runs soon as the cops are called. Needing to find and protect her, he finds out where she lives to ensure she is safe! Their chemistry is off the charts and he wants to investigate where it will go. Eddie, her neighbor is not only abusive to her, but to his dog Rex who she rescued from him as well. Jericho convinces her and Rex to come home with him. Jericho and his team don’t like people who bully or abuse others so when they see it happening they have to step in and protect both Little and her Dog.

I love this new series that the author has started. It is a spin-off of the original Soldier Daddies but is considered part of the series. A new group of Daddies will need to find their Little girls. Jerico finds Aspen when he helps to protect her at a pizza joint/bar. He follows her to her apartment and quickly moves her into his house for her protection, along with the dog that she rescued. He works to reassure her that he will follow her lead as they progress towards a relationship.
I enjoyed the story. Jerico is patient with Aspen and works to make her comfortable with him. Aspen is young, but she knows her mind and grows in confidence every day that she spends with Jerico. I liked reading about their progressing love story. They have a HEA, and we are given a hint about who the new couple will be.

Aspen needed help. Her neighbor was cruel to not only her but his dog Rex. Aspen wasn’t about to let him hurt the poor baby but she had to find a way to protect herself from him too. Jerico has a new team and was just out just grabbing a drink when he sees a little that needed help. He wasn’t about to let some jerk scream at her. Thank goodness for Jerico and his men stepping up. Aspen was a sweetheart and Rexy was a big baby. Learning about her little side was new to her. Even having a daddy that loved her and wanted more then to protect her. She had to escape the evil neighbor. We have all the daddies from Jericho’s team backing them both. And what a fun ending. Our medic Zale is next. I wonder what will happen with Savannah their neighbor as well.

Aspen is strong and independent. When she rescues the dog next door from her horrible neighbor, he’s not going to let that go. Enter Jericho. He’s not going to standby and let a woman get hurt. Once he realizes she’s a Little? All bets are off. He makes it his mission to protect her and the dog she’s saved. Aspen has never had a Daddy and she’s not used to being cared for. Will they be able find love for each other and keep the dog, or will trouble come find them?
This was a cute, sweet read from Pepper North. I liked seeing Hank again (from her previous series) and knowing he found a new unit to bond with. This can be read as a standalone. No cliffhangers & no cheating. I love how the characters are who they are, with no shame. I can’t wait to read more.

I love how much Jerico prepared to fit in with his new military unit and heads to the bar afterwards to unwind. When Aspen is being bullied by an arrogant man at the bar, Jerico steps in to diffuse the situation. When Jerico takes Aspen home, the state of her apartment is unsettling caused by the man from the bar who is her neighbor. There are no ifs, ands or buts for Aspen that she will go home with Jerico and Rexy her dog now that she rescued him from the abusive neighbor. Though each see something in the other, aka a daddy and a little, there are some learning curves for Aspen on the rules that Jerico sets for her. Will plot twists with Aspen’s work and Jerico’s deployment ruin their budding relationship? You have to read to find out!

The first Pepper North book I ever read was Jax's Little Girl (it was also my first DDlg book). Her Soldier Daddies series has always been one of my favorites! I was so excited to find out she was writing more Soldier Daddies but with a new team of guys. I loved Jerico's Little Girl! Jerico is so calm and self possessed. He is a Leader through and through. Aspen is such a sweetheart. I love her heart and bravery. I can't wait for the stories for the rest of the team. I have such a soft spot for the military. Pepper writes such wonderful characters. I love the worlds she creates in her stories. Most of all I love how I feel when I read her books...I feel hugged. 5 stars filled with happiness!

This author has made my day. I am in love with the Soldier Daddies series and to get a second set of Soldier Daddies makes me sooooo happy. Even better, Hank from the first series makes an appearance and I am so here for it. I always thought his story wasn't finished yet and wondered what happened to him. In this story, Aspen has rescued a dog from the abusive next door neighbor and this meanie is out to get his dog back. When the abuser corners Aspen at the local bar, Jerico comes to her rescue and immediately believes he's found his little girl. These two were so sweet together and Jerico was OTT protective, which I just loved. They had a great HEA and we even getting a peek at a new little.

Military men or women ... live to protect. So, I'm not surprised when Jerico intervened ... and that his new team stood at his back. Aspen was just trying to do right by the puppy, Rexy, next door. Her 'Little' didn't like to see the Rexy get hurt, but didn't think of her own safety and what she would get into ... bad people lurk everywhere. What surprised me was that the report was told to be false about Eddie - what happened to that person in HR? And then the creepy alley jerk, man she couldn't catch a break. Overall, a great quick read, laughed and felt her stress and all their happy. I want to know more about the team, especially, Hank. Who's next to find his Little ...

Jerico’s Little Girl is another installment in Pepper North’s Soldier Daddies series. In it, she chronicles the romantic journey of Aspen Randolph and Jerico Adams. She is a Lg being bullied by a huge and unsavory bullish neighbor (Eddie) , who hurts his dog. Aspen takes the injured dog and keeps it for herself. However, when Eddie threatens her in a bar, Jerico steps in. He is instantly drawn to her and knows she is a Lg. Eddie is determined to terrorize Aspen. Will Jerico be able to keep her safe? How will Aspen adjust to having a DD? To find out what unfolds, you must read this book.
Ms. North is quite skilled at creating dialog. Her conversational dialog is strong and concise. I especially enjoyed the dialog amongst the senior citizen residents, which at times, was humorous. I also appreciated Ms. North's use of literary devices such as point of view, dialog, backstory, and descriptive language. Through the dialog and their internal dialog readers are provided with an opportunity to get to know them better, to understand their personalities and to get their backstories.

I absolutely love the exciting scenarios in Pepper North's books and how she ties all the intricate details together.
The complexities of dangerous, brutal and cunning adversaries require Jerico's strong forceful personality traits, combine these with the softer caring Daddy Dom facets and you have an ideal hero.
Aspen is sweet, lovable, sensitive, and hard working. The fact she is tender hearted enough to love Rexy, yet resilient and brave enough to be Little is a testament to her strength of character.
This is going to be a very entertaining series.

I loved the original series and was thrilled when Ms. North said she was going to do a spin off of the series. This is the first book in that spin off and I loved everything about it. Aspen is just a sweet woman who rescues Rexy from his bad owner. Jerico falls for her and I love that he took his time with her. Together with his buddies, who will be getting their own stories, they do what they need to do in order to keep Aspen and Rexy safe. The story is so good and so sweet. It is definitely one of my favorites by this author!!

I'm so glad Ms. North decided to write moreSoldier Daddies. This is a fantastic beginning to a new group of soldiers and ties in perfectly with the original series. It has all the spice, sass, humor, and heartwarming moments I've come to expect from this amazing author. Jerico is so sweet and protective, and he will do anything to keep Aspen safe. Aspen is strong, independent, and willing to put herself in danger to right a wrong. Seeing two characters who put others before themselves find the perfect love in each other just made me happy.

I love a good Daddy Dom romance and I’ve got to say that there is something especially sexy about a soldier daddy! In this book, Jerico finds his Little girl in unexpected circumstances and goes balls to the wall to her make her his. I liked that about him. For her part, Aspen was incredibly sweet and loving. She was full of heart and needed a strong Daddy in her life. Their happily ever after was sweet. I’m giving this quick and easy read the judy.ann.loves.books stamp of approval, TBR and Enjoy!

After rescuing an abused dog Rex from her neighbor Eddie; Aspen finds herself in danger. Eddie has escalated his harassment by coming after as she stopped to pick up her Dinner. That’s when Jerico Adams and his new team step in to help. Jerico knows he has to protect Aspen & Rexy at all cost & he knows his new team has is back & will protect his little girl & her Dog. If you have followed Pepper North from the beginning, this is a return to her roots. Earlier, she had a short series about soldiers and their Littles - this is a different squad from the first. The book is well written and aligns closely with the first series. If you like Pepper's original books/series, you will love this one! I am looking forward to reading about the rest of the team.

I loved Jericho and Aspen’s story, I hadn’t read any of the others in the original series thinking I’m going to go back and read all of them now. Aspen may not think she’s brave but she is when it comes to defending a helpless dog from a nasty man. Jericho and his team don’t like people who bully or intimidate others so when they see it happening they have to step in and opens the door for Jericho to find his Little.

Ms. North does it again with this book. I first found her and became a fan with another in the series "Jax's Little Girl" and she just gets better and better. Amazing characters and just the right spice.... I highly recommend this and every one of her books!!!!

I have been waiting so long for this series to start back up again and it did not disappoint. This Daddy and his team will not let anything happen to this Little Girl. I love that he takes his time with his Little so she does not run for the hills. I love the introduction of all the other characters and can’t wait for their stories. Happy Reading!!

Jerico & Aspen were so good together!! I loved how protective of Rexy Aspen was and how protective Jerico was of Aspen. Loved the chemistry and I absolutely cannot wait to see what happens in the future!

What a Daddy wants is what a Daddy gets! When Jerico saw a beautiful young woman cowering in a corner, he knew in an instant that Aspen was his Little! Jerico knew he had to protect her from the world and sometimes even herself!! I loved this book, although not as spicy as the Dr. Richard’s series, but still spicy! A great book to start off a new series and I cannot wait to read the rest!

Jericho to the rescue
Aspen was really trying to be the best she could being on her own.
Jericho helped her while she was getting pizza when she was accosted by her neighbor about the dog she rescued from him.
Jericho and his team were all involved in helping.
Aspen and Jericho seemed to click immediately and it only got better and hotter.
Great story.

Wonderful story!
This story is truly awesome! I love the characters and the fact that Pepper added Hank in the story was perfect! All of Peppers characters are amazing and you can't put it down to you get to the end!

This was a wonderful read. Jerico is a strong powerful man and a dedicated Daddy Dom and Aspen is a sweet little who through no fault of her own is a trouble magnet! This is a super sweet, thrilling read.

This was adorable. Aspen has a heart of gold and her love for Rexy the dog she rescued is pure. The way Jerico comes to Aspen’s aid was perfect. I loved how this story unfolded and can’t wait for more from this team!
