There is a lot of useful information in this book. The author has a way of writing that makes even the most modest person feel good about reading this book and he gives you ideas of other books to read even though he did not write those books. I even had fun sharing ideas of the book with my spouse and advised him that it was worth reading even though it is a book meant for women. The quotes and some of the things that author writes can be enjoyable for men and women. This is a book worth looking into.
