Package nagwad: Information

Daemon that continuously reads the system journal and generates events
based on journal messages. The example configuration contains
templates to pass the events further to Icinga and Nagios.

- Make nagwad-icinga* packages conflict with each other.

- Fixed a warning from 'ps' if /proc is not mounted.
- Fixed 10-eperm post-filter: Report skip iff corresponding audit

- Fixed duplicate integalert events.
- Added -c | --config option to run nagwad with an alternative
  configuration file.
- Some improvements to run nagwad in test mode (testing boot-ID,
  don't cleanup maxage logs, run with an alternative configuration
  file).
- Make /etc/sysconfig/nagwad override values set in
  /etc/nagwad/nagwad.conf.
- Fixed "cleanup-old" description in the docs (closes: 50808).
- Fix: Skip the current log dir when cleanup old data.
