Jimmy Kimmel poked fun at Donald Trump for doubling down on two of his new favorite topics during a recent public appearance: Kamala Harris‘ allegedly lying about working at McDonalds when she was younger, and a toilet that cost the government $1.7 to install in San Francisco.

“Donald Trump was actually here in L.A. over the weekend, he had some charity – no, not charity, what am I thinking? – he had some fundraising events,” Kimmel explained to the Live audience with a laugh. “The scamburglar doubled down on one of his favorite new lines of attack.”

Kimmel then shared a clip of Trump ranting about Harris at a fundraising event at Rancho Palos Verdes.

“She never worked at McDonalds, it’s a lie […] She said she stood over those french fries when they were… being fried. It was so, tough work. She never worked there, she’s a liar,” he said.

Kimmel pointed out that “you can see how personal this one is for him.”

“I don’t even know why he says she’s lying about this, who would lie about working at McDonalds other than to say I never worked at McDonald?” Kimmel questioned.

He continued, “I don’t know. Trump went on and on, ranting about the dumbest nothing topics.”

At that same fundraising event, Trump bashed the “incompetent” government for paying $1.7 million on “a single, public toilet” in San Francisco.

“It’s not even nice. I saw pictures of it,” Trump said before launching into another point. Fox News promptly cut him off, announcing he’d already been speaking for 34 minutes at the event.

“Yeah, yeah, that’s enough minutes,” Kimmel said in agreement. “The one topic he knows something about – million dollar toilets – and they cut away.”

Later on in his monologue, Kimmel also made fun of Trump for fumbling a celebrity endorsement from reggaeton singer Nicky Jam and for picking “an even worse candidate than him” in running mate J.D. Vance, who appears to be digging himself an even bigger hole with every public appearance he makes.
