Broadway legend Patti LuPone unapologetically doubled down on a series of shady comments she once made about Madonna’s acting skills during a recent appearance on Hot Ones Versus when she turned down Aubrey Plaza‘s opportunity to apologize once and for all.

On the show, the Agatha All Along stars were challenged to either answer revealing questions about themselves or eat increasingly hot chicken wings. Whoever eats the most wings loses.

Plaza referenced a 2017 interview LuPone gave on Watch What Happens Live when she called Madonna “a movie killer” after the pop star starred in the film adaptation of Evita in the role LuPone originated on Broadway.

“She’s dead behind the eyes,” LuPone told Andy Cohen at the time. “She can’t act her way out of paper bag. She should not be in film or on stage.”

In the spirit of the game, Plaza challenged LuPone to “look into the camera and apologize to the pop icon or eat a Death Wing.”

LuPone wordlessly downed the death wing while staring straight into the camera. Once she finished it, she threw the chicken bone at the camera for good measure.

Plaza gushed over her co-star as she watched her eat the chicken wing, “I fucking knew it. Fucking knew it! You are sick. I’m in love with you. I love you.”

LuPone did not hold back as she shared exactly what she thought about Madonna’s acting skills one more time.

“I saw her, I’ve seen her on stage and I saw her in a movie, and I went, ‘Eh, OK.’ You know? There’s just some things some people can’t do, and you’ve just got to admit that you can’t do it, that’s all,” LuPone said. “Don’t even try it. They can’t do everything.”

She continued, “Like Kim fucking Kardashian! Can we go there? Or shall I eat a wing?”

At another point of the challenge, LuPone called out Joanna Gleason for beating her at the 1988 Tony Awards.

“I should have won for Anything fucking Goes, okay?!” she announced while laughing. “I love you Joanna, but you robbed me!”

Lupone and Plaza’s chemistry is off the charts and it will be exciting to see the partners in crime take the screen together in Marvel’s new series, Agatha All Along.

Agatha All Along premieres on Disney+ Wednesday, Sept. 18, at 9 p.m.
