Netflix is giving the people what they want! The streaming giant announced today that Owning Manhattan has finally been renewed for Season 2.

The real estate series — which stars Million Dollar Listing New York alum Ryan Serhant — became an overnight sensation when it debuted on the streamer earlier this summer, meaning fans have been eagerly awaiting news of a second season for at least two months.

The show follows Serhant and his staff of top-earning real estate agents as they work toward making his eponymous firm, SERHANT, the No. 1 brokerage in the world. But amid the high-stakes market and record-breaking deals, the brokers must also navigate their personal lives, from crumbling marriages to dramatic friendship fallouts.

Not only did Owning Manhattan spend one week in the Global Top 10 TV (English) and two weeks in the Top 10 TV in the United States, but it also brought in tons of new business into Serhant’s brokerage. He recently shared on Instagram that his company closed $200 million worth of deals in one day, with record-breaking sales in each of the eight states he currently operates in.

“It’s been insane. We constantly have fans at the door at our SERHANT. House in Soho and it has been amazing to see how people have reacted to the show,” Serhant said in a statement to DECIDER. “Netflix opened our business up to a massive global audience, and we’ve seen incredible demand — not just in New York City but people are reaching out from all over to work with us. We even had someone drive straight to our SERHANT. House in the Hamptons after finishing the show to list his home with us.”

He continued, “We had almost a 2,000% increase in traffic to SERHANT.com, 400% increase in inbound agent leads, and more than 250% increase in listing inquiries after the show premiered.”

Serhant also teased some exciting new listings and deals he has in store for Season 2.

“We have so many big listings and projects in the works,” he said. “Season 1 ended pretty dramatically with a teaser at 200 Amsterdam, which is one of the most luxurious buildings in NYC — Succession was filmed there. Season 2 will be bigger and better than ever.”

Before the renewal news, Owning Manhattan star Jordan March told us that he wanted his celebrity clients to be featured in the show’s second season.

“We have some celebrity buyers and sellers I’m working with, so just getting them on board. Hopefully, we can tell their stories as much as everyone else’s,” he said, noting that he and his team are also “eyeing some really, really cool properties right now.”

While a release date for Owning Manhattan Season 2 has not yet been announced, you can stream the first season on Netflix.
