USA Network is pulling out all the stops with its new social competition series The Anonymous. The show is a tantalizing hybrid of Big Brother, The Circle, The Traitors and The Challenge. 12 dynamic players—including notable reality TV stars Xavier E. Prather, Nina Twine, and Fyre Festival survivor Andy King— must alternate between playing the game face-to-face or in the “anonymous mode.” Out in the open, contestants compete in various physical challenges and build real-life bonds. In the hideaway, they play the game under unique handles, manipulating their housemates and setting them up for elimination. What’s at stake? A prize pot up to $100,000 dollars.

Who better to advise these contestants than Anna Delvey, one of the most notable schemers of all time. The notorious con artist posed as a wealthy German heiress to infiltrate the highest circles of the city’s art scene. After swindling banks, hotels and (former) friends out of $275K, she served four years in prison and later became the subject of a Netflix miniseries, Inventing Anna. After her court-ordered social media ban was lifted, Delvey posted a buzzy video about her partnership with the series.

Filmed in what might be her home, Delvey sits in front of a fireplace in a yellow velvet chair. Looking very demure and mindful, Delvey has straight blonde hair and very minimal makeup. She is wearing a white dress shirt and a voluminous skirt. “I hear USA has a new show called The Anonymous that’s all about deception,” she says in her indiscernible accent. “I may know a thing or two about deception.” As Delvey crosses her legs, the camera cuts to a wide shot to show off her ankle monitor.

Soon, a montage of the show plays as Delvey surveys the players’ actions. “Never be afraid to dress up your look or the truth,” she advises knowingly. With a hint of a smile, Delvey looks directly at the camera and says, “Trust me, I’d never lie to you,” as the beep of her ankle monitor goes off in the background. The Anonymous kicks off with a three-episode premiere event tonight on USA Network starting at 11/10c. Don’t miss it!
