A spinoff of The Real Housewives starring Dorinda Medley and featuring her Blue Stone Manor estate is in development at Bravo.

Her Berkshires estate, which was heavily featured on The Real Housewives of New York City throughout Medley’s time on the show, will open its doors for the new reality series.

According to Deadline, sources say the new show will follow a similar format to Hulu’s Vanderpump Villa, with Medley serving as boss to a young staff as they welcome guests staying on the property.

Since the show has only entered the development stage, there are no guarantees that it will go to series.

Blue Stone Manor was the set for Season 2 of the Peacock spinoff The Real Housewives Ultimates Girls Trip: Ex-Wives Club. The cast of that reality series included Taylor Armstrong, Brandi Glanville, Vicki Gunvalson, Tamra Judge, Eva Marcille, Jill Zarin, and Phaedra Parks.

Medley has since made a household name for Blue Stone Manor, launching her own bourbon of the same name and partnering with AirBnB in 2021 to allow fans to book a stay in her 1902 Tudor-style house in western Massachusetts.

Medley joined RHONY in Season 7 in 2015 and left the show after Season 12. She returned to the Real Housewives world in 2022 for The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip Season 2 at Peacock.

She reunited with her former RHONY co-stars for The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip Season 3: RHONY Legacy in 2023.

Most recently, Medley wrapped filming Season 3 of Peacock’s The Traitors.
