The Saturday Night Live alum is hosting this new series. Redd took to Instagram on Tuesday (July 23) to promote the show, noting, in part, that he’s “so geeked Resurrected Rides is streaming on @Netflix,” and thanking his team.

If you’re looking for more of Redd, he also released the Max comedy special Why Am I Like This? in November 2022.

Abenante is the team’s metal fabricator, or as he calls it, a “fabricator welder.”

“So I build everything, from boats to cars,” he says in episode 1 of the series. “I take old classic cars and put monstrous engines in them. But honestly the last couple of years has been fabrication. I love designing stuff. So that’s where I think I can shine in this place.”

This week, Abenante shared some behind-the-scenes bloopers from set alongside Steve Nelson.

Lacey Blair

Hailing from Texas, Blair is the team’s mechanic. Like Redd, she also hyped up the series on her Instagram page, gushing that the “whole crew worked so hard and became one big family.” She’s also the woman behind LB Motorsports.

Shayna Guy

Guy is a painter based in Los Angeles, according to her Instagram account (@13thstreetcustoms) and realitytidbit.com. Other than being a painter, Guy noted in the first episode that she is also an “airbrush artist” and a “pinstriper,” and she does “bodywork.” Or, in her own words, “I make cars look cool.”

Steve Nelson

Nelson, who said “a lot of people” call him by his last name alone, “covers the composites and tech” in each job, according to Redd’s explanation in the show’s debut installment. His professional Instagram account is @nelsonracingdesign.

As Redd explains in the first episode of Resurrected Rides, the two brothers “cover body and interiors.” They also run SOS Customz together, which, per their Instagram page, tackles paint, upholstery, and more.

“We do everything,” they share on Resurrected Rides. “Trucks, tuners, lifted cars, lowered cars, lowriders, exotics. You name it, we do it.”

Resurrected Rides is now streaming on Netflix.
