We all remember when Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles star Josh Flagg tried his hand at acting in a May 2023 episode of Days of Our Lives, but he isn’t the only high-profile real estate agent who was interested in appearing in the long-running soap opera. His colleague Tracy Tutor, who got her start in acting, revealed that she’d be open to making a cameo on Days if Flagg ever got asked back.
Tutor even had some ideas for a potential character, joking that she could play Flagg’s “slutty girlfriend.”
“I told Josh, I said, ‘If you’re going back, I need to be your girlfriend. They need to slide me in there as, Yuri’s, like, slutty girlfriend who’s Russian or something,'” she told DECIDER. “I don’t know, I’m half-Armenian, so maybe I’d be half-Armenian.”
She added, “But we thought that would be a hoot. We’ll see how that pans out.”
So, did Flagg sell his performance as Yuri — an “aggressive businessman with an affinity for cocaine” — as well as he can sell multi-million dollar mansions?
Tutor, who graduated from the University of Southern California with a theatre degree, previously starred in 90s movies like Exposé and No Vacancy — making her the perfect person to give her co-star some feedback.
The reality star gave him a solid B in the Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles Season 15 premiere (B- when speaking to DECIDER) for his acting debut as Yuri. But she said his performance probably could’ve earned a higher rating if he actually learned his lines.
“I’m pretty certain there was, like, a prompter behind him to make sure that he was okay,” Tutor said.
All jokes aside, Tutor conceded that Flagg went into his character “deeply.”
“He was like, ‘I am a businessman who really loves cocaine and I’m going to embrace this part,'” she recalled. “So I thought he was great. Considering [he had] zero acting experience, [it was] pretty cool.”
Days of Our Lives is currently streaming on Peacock. Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles airs on Wednesdays at 9/8c on Bravo.
