The brand new documentary series Spacey Unmasked, which is set to air on Max in the U.S. on May 13, has revealed that actor Kevin Spacey allegedly groped a cast member on the set of Netflix‘s House of Cards.

Spacey was found not guilty of sexual assault allegations brought by four men in a U.K. court less than 10 months ago.

The two-part Investigation Discovery feature includes interviews with 10 individuals who detail their experiences with Spacey.

Nine of the individuals speaking in the docuseries had yet to share their stories, divulging alleged incidents taking place in Los Angeles, New York, and London, in cinemas, at parties, and on set.

Spacey has posted a response to X (formerly Twitter), criticizing Channel 4 for not giving him ample opportunity to respond to the allegations.

“Over the last week, I have repeatedly requested that Channel 4 afford me more than 7 days to respond to allegations made against me dating back 48 years and provide me with sufficient details to investigate these matters,” he wrote. “Channel 4 has refused on the basis that they feel that asking for a response in 7 days to new, anonymized and non-specific allegations is a ‘fair opportunity’ for me to refute any allegations made against me. I will not sit back and be attacked by a dying network’s one-sided ‘documentary’ about me in their desperate attempt for ratings.”

Spacey added: “There’s a proper channel to handle allegations against me and it’s not Channel 4. Each time I have been given the time and a proper forum to defend myself, the allegations have failed under scrutiny and I have been exonerated. Tune in this weekend to see my response on http://X.com/kevinspacey. Channel 4 and [doc producers] RoastBeefTV may find themselves ‘speechless’, but I no longer will be.”

According to Variety, a young actor named Daniel speaks in the documentary and says he was excited to begin working on House of Cards when he was 23 years old as a member of Frank Underwood’s Secret Service detail.

He was supposed to later be given a speaking role where he had to whisper in Spacey’s ear, but Daniel alleges that while on set, Spacey “groped” him, putting his finger on his zipper.

“His hand touched my penis,” he claimed. “I was inappropriately touched on set at work.”

Another actor named Scott recounts a story of Spacey masturbating in a movie theater during the opening scenes of Saving Private Ryan. According to the Variety piece, “During the film’s bloody opening scenes set during the Normandy landing, Scott alleges that he looked across and saw that Spacey was ‘pleasuring himself,’ and that Spacey later ‘reaches over and grabs my hand and tries to get me to help out.'”

Later on in the documentary, a former PA on House of Cards also claims that a “crew member that Kevin was particularly fixed on” had to be moved “off set” due to Spacey’s inappropriate behavior.

You can watch these allegations and more when the documentary airs on Channel 4 on May 6 and May 7 in the U.K. and streams on Max in the U.S. beginning May 13.
