Jimmy Kimmel just might have trumped Donald Trump Jr.‘s lengthy testimony in his Monday night monologue.

On the Monday (Nov. 13) episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live, the late night host recounted how the eldest son of the former POTUS attended court that morning to testify on behalf of his father, Donald Trump, in his ongoing fraud trial. Kimmel pulled up footage of Trump Jr. arriving at the courthouse, during which protesters could be heard chanting, “Crime family!,” per HuffPost.

“And that is basically what these people are: a crime family,” Kimmel reiterated. “A very dumb crime family. The Gambozos, if you will.”

Describing Trump Jr. as “so embarrassing,” he mentioned how he had described his father as “an ‘artist’ with real estate.”

Kimmel quipped, “Yeah, he’s an artist. He’s Vincent van Gogh-ing to jail with real estate, is what he is.”

Kimmel continued to pile on Trump Jr., bringing up how he claimed that “his dad is the father of hotel gyms.”

“He said, ‘Maybe someone put a gym in a hotel somewhere, but no one did it at the scale of my father,” he added. “He’s saying that his father, the father of the hotel gym, is a guy who has never stepped inside one.”

Trump and his family are being accused of lying about his wealth on annual financial statements, per The Associated Press. New York State Attorney General Letitia James, who is suing the Trump business, is seeking over $300 million and a ban to keep the family from doing business in New York.

Jimmy Kimmel Live airs weeknights at 11:35/10:35c on ABC. Watch Kimmel’s Monday night monologue above.
