Sherri Shepherd just made a jaw-dropping revelation about Barbara Walters‘ sex life. While reuniting with her former View co-host Joy Behar on today’s episode of Sherri, she claimed the late journalist hooked up with Richard Pryor.

It all began when Shepherd, who starred on the hit ABC talk show from 2007 to 2014, said Behar “liked” that she was “scared” of Walters. Because the comedian didn’t fear her boss, she had no problem repeating the juicy gossip Shepherd would share with her in private — including the scandalous tidbit about Walters’ alleged rendezvous with Pryor.

“I came back and I was like, ‘Joy, guess what!’ When you talk like that you know it’s ‘don’t tell nobody,'” Shepherd recalled. “I came and I told you and I said, ‘[Comedian] Paul Mooney said he caught Barbara with Richard Pryor. He walked in on them.’ And then I was like, ‘Don’t tell nobody.'”

After confirming they “slept” together — at least, according to Mooney — Shepherd scolded a slightly shocked Behar for acting like she didn’t remember.

“The next day, Barbara walks in and you go, ‘So, you’re schlepping Richard Pryor, huh?'” she continued. “She turned around — and you know, Barbara’s head would swivel like that. She goes, ‘Who told you that?!’ I’m sitting there, like I just got this job.”

Behar eventually dropped the coy act and weighed in on the type of man Walters fancied.

“Between you and me, Barbara liked a brother. She was going out with a Black senator — is this gonna be on television?” she joked, to which Shepherd added, “You used to always say Barbara loved a chocolate man.”

Shepherd went on to dish about Walters’ “love” for former Secretary of State Colin Powell and how she had no problem cozying up to him when he would appear on the show, while Behar confirmed, “It’s true. She did. She loved a brother.”
